Gordon McAuley offers Zoom and in-person mediations for transportation-related disputes pending anywhere in the U.S. This includes litigation filed in Federal and State courts, and mediation of matters before they reach litigation. Early mediations offer an excellent opportunity to resolve business disputes before they destroy a beneficial business relationship.
Mediation Services
Rate: $4,000 for half-day (up to 4-hours) mediation. $6,000 for full-day (up to 7-hours) mediation. These rates include all mediator preparation time, and reasonable telephone follow up if necessary. Payments typically are shared by the parties. Payment due with mediation briefs one-week before the mediation. Payments will be made to Williams & Gumbiner LLP, whose W-9 will be provided to the parties on confirmation of the mediation.
